Heather has been a cornerstone of the practice since 2005, starting her journey as a dental assistant and growing into her role as COO. For her, the office isn’t just a workplace—it’s home. Outside of work, Heather keeps up with her three busy kids and one extremely busy husband. In her downtime, she enjoys getting lost in a good book, cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ games, or hitting the open road with her husband on their motorcycle.

Sara was born and raised in Hendersonville, NC. She is a busy mom to two outgoing boys, Kane and Tucker. She spends her time assistant coaching her sons soccer team, and attending her other sons football games and track meets. In her spare time she’s chasing the sun at the Lake with her husband, Mickey.

Kaileigh was born and raised in Brevard, NC. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Brandon, and they have 3 beautiful daughters together; Paityn, Brylin and Raelyn. In her free time, she loves spending quality time with her family, traveling, vacationing, hiking, camping or any outdoor activity. With over 20 years in the dental field, Kaileigh has had the privilege of gaining experience in both clinical and administrative functions. This dual experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of a dental practice, allowing her to bridge the gap between administrative and clinical care. As the Central Scheduling Coordinator for multiple dental offices, Kaileigh helps patients plan their visits and keep their smiles on track. She ensures every appointment runs smoothly and efficiently. From coordinating treatment schedules to assisting with insurance, billing or treatment questions.

Teresa is our Treatment and Financial Coordinator. She joins us from the Hendersonville office where she takes care of a little bit of everything for us, which is why you may hear her referred to as ‘Momma T’. Teresa goes above and beyond to see that our patients fully understand their treatment options and that we are as accommodating as possible. She has been married to her best friend Rick for over 47 years. They have 3 wonderful children who have blessed them with four of the best grandchildren. She enjoys baking and makes some of the best cakes we have tasted. She always enjoys treats for her birthday, November 29th and Valentine’s Day, so mark this on your calendar. If you ask any of her co-workers she is the best to work with. Remember, you as a patient, are her number one priority and she will make sure we do what is best for you!

Margaret has been in the healthcare field for over 15 years and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management at Appalachian State University in 2019. She is married to her husband, Zach, and they have a little girl. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends! She has been a part of our dental family since 2019 and loves her work family. Her favorite part of working here is establishing relationships with the patients at the office and strives to provide exceptional care.

A dedicated mom of three and partner to a loving husband, she brings over 20 years of marketing and branding expertise. With a strong background in life sciences marketing within the architectural and engineering industry, she understands how to position brands for growth in complex, technical markets. A data-driven marketer, she focuses on strategy, using insights and analytics to guide decisions, measure performance, and optimize efficiencies. She is known for translating data into actionable plans and building marketing programs that drive meaningful business impact. Outside of work, she’s a pickleball enthusiast and outdoor lover who enjoys hiking and traveling with her family.
