How Our Plan Works
As a patient in our Fletcher office, you can enroll in our annual dental plan for a one-time yearly fee. Once you’re a member, you can immediately begin scheduling your preventative care. To sign up, just speak with our front desk team during your next visit.
Annual Membership Rates:
- Child (13 & Under): $368
- Adult (14 & Up): $411
- Periodontal Patient: $677
- Denture Patient: $287
Note: Your contract year begins the day payment is received. Plans are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Benefits do not roll over to the next year, so we encourage you to schedule your cleanings early to maximize your membership.
In-Office Dental Plan Benefits
This plan is specifically designed to help Fletcher families avoid the high costs of cavities and decay through regular maintenance. Your membership includes:
- Child/Adult Cleanings: 2 per year
- Periodontal Maintenance: 3 per year
- Periodic Exams: 2 per year
- Bitewing X-Rays: 1 set per year
- Child Fluoride Treatment: 1 per year
Additional Savings: If you require restorative work beyond preventative care, your membership grants you a 15% discount on services such as:
- Fillings
- Crowns & Bridges
- Complete and Partial Dentures
- Implants
Program Exclusions & Limitations
Because this is a discount program and not a traditional insurance plan, there are a few standard limitations:
- Enrollment is available after a comprehensive initial exam.
- This plan cannot be combined with other insurance, discount offers, CareCredit, or Lending Club.
- It does not cover services from outside specialists or treatments related to workman’s compensation.
- Costs for medications or specific dental products are not included in the membership fee.
